1) What products does Chambali&Co. offer?

Chambali & Co. crafts eco-friendly soy wax candles infused with soothing essential/fragrance oils. Each candle comes with a Mental Health card defining the candle and mental health prompts, aiming to inspire calm and clarity in daily life. 


2) Are Chambali&Co.'s candles vegan and eco-friendly?

Yes, all of our candles are vegan-friendly made with coco-soy wax and are infused with fragrance/essential oils. We prioritise sustainability in our sourcing and production processes. 


3) Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment - hopefully soon!

5) Why 100% Soy & Coconut Wax Candles?

At Chambali & Co., we use a premium blend of soy and coconut wax because it’s natural, sustainable and free from harmful toxins. Just like synthetic additives in food can harm your health, burning paraffin wax and metallic wicks releases toxins into your home.

Our wax is biodegradable, renewable, and provides a cleaner burn. You may notice slight frosting on the surface of our candles—this is a natural effect in vegetable wax blends as they try to return to their natural state. It’s proof that your candle is natural and does not affect its performance in any way.

Soy and coconut wax also burn more slowly than paraffin, meaning your candle will last much longer than conventional alternatives.

 

6) What do you use to scent your candles? Do you use essential oils?

We use non-toxic essential oils and fragrance oils. 

 

7) What size candle do I need for my space?

A single candle works well in bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and standard-sized living areas. For larger spaces, rooms with high ceilings or open floor plans, we recommend using multiple candles for optimal scent distribution. You can either use multiple candles of the same scent or mix and match for a unique fragrance experience.


8) Can your candle containers be reused?

Yes! Once about 1/4 inch of wax remains, stop burning the candle. To clean out the container:

  1. Gently scrape out the remaining wax and wick using a rigid silicone utensil (avoid knives or metal tools).
  2. Discard the wax in the trash—never pour wax down the drain.
  3. Soak the container in hot, soapy water to loosen any residue or labels.
  4. Wash, rinse, and dry thoroughly. The container may be dishwasher-safe once all wax and labels are removed.
    ⚠️ Note: We do not assume liability for any damage resulting from the reuse of candle containers after purchase.


9) Why Is There Wax Left on the Sides of My Candle Jar?

When choosing the perfect wick for each candle, we prioritise safety and optimal performance. A well-wicked candle may leave a thin wax residue on the jar as it burns down. As your candle reaches the lower half, the extra heat from the jar will gradually melt this excess wax, allowing it to be absorbed by the flame.


10) Why Does My Candle’s Flame Size Vary?

Flame size naturally varies throughout different burn stages. This is completely normal. However, if your candle’s flame is too large, smoky or flickering excessively:

Extinguish the candle immediately and allow it to cool.

  1. Trim the wick to 6mm-9mm.
  2. Relight the candle for a clean and steady burn.

14) How Long Do Your Candles Burn For?

Burn time varies depending on the size of the candle, but our standard candles typically burn between 30- 45 hours with proper care. To maximise longevity:

  • Trim the wick to 6mm-9mm before each use.
  • Burn for 2-4 hours at a time to ensure an even wax pool.
  • Avoid placing candles in drafts or direct sunlight.


15) Can I Use Your Candles During Meditation or Yoga?

Absolutely! Our candles are designed to complement mindful practices like meditation, yoga and breathwork. The therapeutic essential oil blends help create a calming atmosphere, encouraging deep relaxation, focus and emotional balance.


16) Do You Offer Custom or Personalised Candles?

17) Can I Cancel or Modify My Order After Placing It?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at chambali.co@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


18) What Is Your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used candles. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!
